Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed after 9PM.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, and amount of the order. We offer free shipping on orders over AED 500

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 3 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons or holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping .

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

أسعار الشحن

تُحسب تكاليف الشحن عند إتمام عملية الشراء بناءً على الوجهة وقيمة الطلب. نقدم شحنًا مجانيًا للطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 500 درهم إماراتي.

مدة معالجة الطلب

عادةً ما تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 3 ساعات. ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني بمجرد شحن طلبك، بالإضافة إلى رقم تتبع لمتابعة شحنتك.

مواعيد التسليم
