At Souq al Fresh, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to make your shopping experience as flexible and convenient as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand how cancellations work.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Customers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:
The cancellation request must be made within 1 hour of placing the order or before the order has been processed or dispatched, whichever comes first.
Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at souqalfresh@gmail.com or +971543213277 with your order details.
If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been dispatched, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 days.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY SOUQ AL FRESH
Souq al Fresh reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Product unavailability or stock issues
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
Payment authorization failure
Delivery location outside our serviceable area
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 2 days.
CANCELLATION OF PERISHABLE ITEMS
Please note that perishable items such as fresh food, fruits, vegetables, and other consumables cannot be canceled once they have been packed or are out for delivery.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
Approved cancellations (where payment has already been made) will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
